Cooking Instructions

1. Fry 4 tablespoons of Massaman Curry Paste in 15ml of oil until aromatic.
2. Add 400ml of coconut milk and 600ml of water.
3. Add your choice of vegetables and plant-based protein.
4. Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of salt and 4 teaspoons (20g) of sugar, adjusting to taste.
5. Simmer until the vegetables and protein are fully cooked.
6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve with steamed rice.
